Scope of this privacy draft
This statement describes the test version prepared for STRATO, not the previous Wix website. It has not yet received legal sign-off. Before going live, the provider and contract details named below will be completed. As of: 13 October 2026.
Page access, hosting and technical provision
This test version is prepared for STRATO web hosting. Pages, photos and fonts are included in the upload package and will be delivered by the website host after upload. When accessed, information such as IP address, requested file, time and browser/connection information must be technically processed. Provision and security serve the legitimate interest in a functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Which legal entities and sub-processors operate hosting, image delivery and preview, which logs they store and for how long, is to be added before publication based on the actual contracts. Security logs are subject to purpose-bound deletion criteria, not a blanket ten-year period.
Music ideas, experience check and configurator
The planning tools evaluate your choices locally in your browser, without an AI service. Music wishes, playlist links, planning details and summaries are only held in the working memory of the currently open session. The website does not write any cookies or persistent local storage for this purpose and does not transmit this content to any form server. Reloading discards the session. Page addresses contain no names, email addresses or free text. Copying and printing are only triggered by your own action.
Spotify, Apple Music and TIDAL playlist links
Playlist links you paste are held only in memory as part of your music planning. There is no music-service sign-in, automatic import or embedded music player. Your browser connects to the provider only when you open a playlist link. If you send the link with your enquiry yourself, it is processed to prepare your musical accompaniment. A publicly shared link may reveal your profile name or music choices. You can remove the link before sending.
Couple area demo
The couple area is an interactive demo with fictional example data. It currently provides no real sign-in, protected client account or server-side storage. Your edits remain only in the open window’s memory and are lost on reload. Please use no confidential information about yourselves or your guests when trying it out. Before a real couple area is introduced, its authentication, access protection, recipients and retention periods will be described separately.
Enquiry and personal communication
No mailing service or database for enquiries is connected. The form prepares your information in the browser and does not show a send confirmation. If you yourself send an email or a message, Matthias processes name, contact address, date, location, package and voluntary information in order to respond and for pre-contractual coordination (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The recipients are Matthias and the providers actually used for this communication channel. The current email contract and data processing agreement are to be documented before publication. Enquiries are deleted once processing is complete and there is no further pre-contractual necessity; for contracts that have been concluded or documents that must be retained by law, the applicable statutory retention obligations are reviewed separately.
External links
WhatsApp, Google reviews, Smilify and any other recommendations are ordinary external links. No Google widgets, maps or social content are automatically loaded into this website as a result. Only once you follow a link does the target provider process data under its own terms, such as IP address and, where applicable, account data. Using WhatsApp is voluntary; alternatively you can call or send an email. The external providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Each service's own transfer information applies; we give no guarantee for third-party services.
Fonts, cookies, analytics, maps and videos
Instrument Serif and Manrope are provided locally and are not retrieved from Google Fonts when visiting the site. This draft has no website analytics, advertising pixels, embedded Google reviews, maps, videos or external booking calendar activated. There is therefore no decorative cookie-consent interface. If such non-essential services are used later, they may only load after valid consent; declining and withdrawing consent must be equally easy. This test version loads no Lovable editor features. Actual hosting configuration and technical logging will be reviewed against the STRATO contract before public use.
Recipients and third-country transfers: still to be added
For hosting, image delivery, technical logs and email, the provider's name, service address, recipient categories, storage locations, data processing agreements and sub-processors still need to be reviewed. If data is transferred to third countries, the specific legal basis and, where applicable, an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses as well as supplementary safeguards are to be documented. This information is not currently fully established and is not invented. Google Forms, Google Drive or Lexware from earlier texts are not claimed as the website backend; actual business processes used may require their own information.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you have a right to object for reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR); against direct marketing at any time. You may withdraw any consent given for the future without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You can reach Matthias via the contact details given above for these requests. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA) or an authority responsible for your place of residence. No automated decisions with legal effect and no corresponding profiling take place.
